Just looked it up and sure enough it's more nutcases with their ridiculous theories. Very amusing though haha.
The 2nd tower (one that collapsed first) fell at a speed that suggested there was hardly any resistance to it. Even if the fire caused by the plane melted the steel structure in the upper floors, why would the lower ones collapse like they did?
Not saying it's a conspiracy theory or something, but it doesn't quite add up for me.

Consult a civil engineer about how much rapidly descending weight would be needed to cause this effect. If you would rather cling to conspiracy fantasies, check with the Dooooonman. He's on the Mother Ship.

But seriously, are you saying that it's possible it was just the fire from the plane that caused the collapse? I'm not an engineer, so it was merely a notion of mine that there should have been some resistance from the steel supports.
Like I said before, I don't buy into the conspiracy stuff, but I don't think it's as clear cut as the government says.
