All the tickets are sold out 4 the fri. and sat. performences. sigh, 2 n a half hours of pain... it is hard to sit on a hard chair for that long. tonight i have to practice from 6:40 to 11:00 pm..... i heard this one guy say he was going to pad his pants, it hurt so much 🙄 lol, the hard chairs...................... 😴

I am a huge LotR fan,not to mention a fan of anything Tolkien wrote. I make it a point of honor to read the Hobbit and the Trilogy at least once a year. they are my....precious-s-s-s-s-s-s-s-s!😉

I only saw it the other and up until Frodo and Sam were sitting on the rock in the lava, I really thought ,This is a great film. But after that scene, the ending for me was far too drawn out.

I agree: the film has too many endings. You can stop the film at three moments: when Frodo&Sam get rescued by the Eagles, after the 'marriage' of Aragorn&Arwen, and at the very end, when they sail into the West. Though I could have forgotten some... 🙄

I just watched LOTR: Return of the King last night. Great film but too few battle scenes and the ending was dragged out for too long. The Battle for Minas Tirith could have be made so much better, the battle there wasn't half as good as the PS2 game made it out to be. 😞 Apart from that, a brilliant 3.5 hours! 🙂

the battle for helms deep in the two towers was the best battle scene.

Remember though, that a great deal of the ending was also cut out. There was siomply too much story. I sobbed my guts out at the end btw

I agree, that was a brilliant part of LOTR. The Battle for Minas Tirith wasn't as good as that one.
