First time i ever shed a tear from a TV show was the episode Colonel Henry Blake left and his plane was shot down.
The only thing that moved me to tears from TV was the reports of the poor Jamie Bolger kid in England murdered by two other children slightly older than him some years back.
Lol I'm a great fan of Fawlty Towers..11 episodes of zany madness.. but I watched it the other day and thought it sexist racist and dated. I'd rather hear John Cleese talking about Cricket..

Many shows have come and gone over the years but recently watching reruns of mash it dawned on me that this show is unique. Its humour is as sharp today as ever. Its messages are as pert. It's cast was fantastic.
