Glad to see this caught on so well. Well I think we've pretty much squared down that this quote is some stupid Hugh Grant movie, and since one is the same as the other...... we'll move on. 🙄
One of the greatest lines in all of film noir, most recently seen in Get Shorty when Chili Palma is in the movie theater:
"That's the second bullet I, I stopped for you."
Well, I looked up the quote myself to make sure I got it accurately, but anyone who has seen the movie would definitely had remembered it, it being the best line in the movie.
Second hint: The movie stars one of my favorite actresses of all-time (not that that helps though, but what's next will!) who unfortunately died in 2004. It was the last movie made by a director who is quite well-known. SURELY that's enough hints, isn't it? 😕
