Russ MUST have an email associated with your OLD account, tell him to send the password and email TO the old email.
It should be an email you receive, right?
Is this a case of you forgetting your email? Do you have several emails?
The problem is Russ can't just let you use that old name, he doesn't know who you are. I could tell Russ my old name is oddone92, but how do I prove it besides knowing what email was used to sign up.
Have him email the email used for your old name?
