I want to... er... share files... yes... lots of mp3... shared... yes... er
so... limewire? or what do you recommend? Quick, good, clean, and easy to install and use.
THANKS!

Originally posted by SeitseLimewire gives viruses and spyware. Soulseek doesn't, at least not as much. However, Be warned. I know someone who was caught, arrested, and had a $750 fine.

Frostwire [Limewire improvement, with no ads] for single tracks.

bittorrent* to download torrents - best for albums and movies.
Once you have downloaded bittorrent* you can simply use google to search for specific music.
[eg "torrents Kings of Leon" in the search box gives me 174,000 results.]
*or utorrent, BitLord or whatever prog you prefer
edit: Limewire, Soulseek and the torrent downloaders DO NOT have viruses or malware. It's the crap you download that MAY have. You just need to take precautions. No problemo.
