If you look in previous posts of mine you'll find out I talked here about bands like Boards of Canada and Aphex Twin, for example. I guess it's easy to be conceited and arrogant when you're taking the Mighty Mouse role and arriving to save the day.

My sarcasm was to say that anyone that knows two cents about ambient can tell him that he needs A LOT of work in that track, but still people prefer the "it's great!!! it's just the synth thing at 1:24 that I don't like so much, but it's really good!!!!".

I'm not out to criticize CenterNut, but more honest criticism would be slagged after so much back patting and he wouldn't listen. Who would when 10 people say it's great, even if improvable, and 1 says that without the weak synth he wouldn't have a track but an interesting beat with crappy strings?

It's clear that the base of this song was the beat and he couldn't find out very well what to do with it. Instead of wasting it like he did, maybe he should be looking for alternative things to do with it.

the track was made in like 2 hours.. just something I whipped up.. yes ur right its very simple.. its all in A natural minor .. no modulations to different keys.. just simple little groove.. some ppl will like others wont.. did u like the other track I had there btw nuskool break beat one? i put alot more work into that..

Who that humble submits his work to ask our opinion deserves a lot of respect from us. We have to make the best of us to judge his work.
I humble think that we have to encourage his work, if it is worth of.
So, it's no my intention to begin a fight against you.

I just listened to your track, some interesting textures in there, I like the thing on the bass that sounds like flipping your thumbnail over the teeth of a comb. (Can you tell I know nothing about synths? When I play it's just usually my voice and guitar, or my bass behind a large band)

My respect for him is retributed in the form of honesty of opinion. It's just my opinion, so it's up to him not to take it personal and be mature enough to decide for himself if my reasons are valid or not. Why should he take it personally?

Much much better, IMO. Very different from the previous one and much less minimalistic production-wise. I still dislike the strings that appear in the beginning and near the final minute until the end, though.

The beats are fluid, the bassline is interesting, the background is sometimes frenetic, sometimes spooky and I like the double metalic sound at the end of sub-parts. Very nice.

It's just the strings that bug me, they sound like a lazy form to fill the void. A different type of intro/outro, perhaps?

Judging by your spelling you'd really need it.

All you had to do is criticizing the mispelling of a single word of mine where you mispell ten times more than me in your posts?

I repeat:I posted a simple question and you insulted me (??Why??) and now all you do is acting Bowmann-like about spelling.
