@the-gravedigger saiddong (dÉ’Å‹)

n
1. (Music, other) the deep reverberating sound of a large bell

3. a slang word for penis
vb
4. (Music, other) (intr) (of a bell) to make a deep reverberating sound

Obviously the poster was using dongs as a plural noun.
Can one "gather up" a sound?
Or heavy blows?
@wolfgang59 saidWould recording a sound not be "gathering a sound"? 🤔

@ponderable saidQuality, can provide for quite a range of thought.
thoughts can have quite a range of quality...
@great-big-stees saidYour sincere and humble nature is appreciated.
I thought so too though mine are of a much lesser quality than yours...I think. 😲
Thank you for saying so, but I believe we have much in common within the realm of "quality" thinking.
Of course, such commonalities might also include a few deficits as well! I imagine that we both get the "yips" on a tee-shot when it's a Par 5, requiring a minimum carry of 160 yards; over water.
And as for three-putting...I bet that we speak a common language then too! 😀
