I must be next!
And I admit to cheating!
Just look at my graph! It has to be true.
And I had heated exchanges as well...
Good grief.
I better hide under the table with my Super-chess-engine-maxi300a before they find me.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I just reffered to the discussions in which Exy held up the flag that presumed engine users should better have to be proven beyond doubt and no1 implying that this heroic stance could have a reason...
In fact I thouht No1 to be obnoxious at this point...but now I might even have to apologize to him.
I never accused Exy of cheating and his games against me show no evidence of engine use (he only beat me once out of 13 or 14 games with a bunch of draws). I never checked any of his other games (except one with Nyxie where SHE was accused of using an engine) but I know that unlike others here he has hundreds of losses and also unlike others here, he didn't match up with engine moves at a particulary high level in our games (perhaps 60% overall about average for a 1800-1900). Since the Game mods have stated they feel no necessity for revealing any of their evidence even in the most vaguest terms, people who want to continue to play on the site will have to be satisfied with their findings no matter how arbitrary they seem to be.
EDIT: In reviewing my games, my record against Exy was 6W, 1L, 5D.
He matched up with Fritz's first choice or equivalent 316/540 or 58.5% in non-opening book moves in those games. I would say he certainly did not use an engine in our games and as the Game Mods won't reveal the basis for their findings, I have no way of judging their claim that he used an engine in other games.

Its The Patriot Act. My record against him was only 1-2, I went over my games with him, you can definately get a feel for a game when you are playing against a machine, I didnt pick up on that in either loss.
Wow, this is rather shocking.
Does anyone know why the mods refuse to make the damning evidence for cheating public? Would doing so allow other cheaters to adjust thier cheating ways accordingly so as to avoid being caught?
I have stayed out of this debate up 'till now but I always liked Exy (still do) and if someone could bring me up to date with regards to the reasons for the cloak and dagger routine I would appreciate it.

The original, first page of this thread has disappeared and this is not the first time this has happened. I might argue that the moderators have too much power. But how would I know?
I dislike and disaprove of censorship having lived through a repressive regime. Let's not re-create it.
