I have lost, just over six years some 50kgs ,a third of my body weight, through a little thing called cancer, but thankfully not life threatening. I am on a on a dietary supplement from the hospital (which is a joke in a way) called Nestle` Resource.

You young studs should take a good look at your life styles and change now before you have to.

One has to be careful of mercury content in fish. All things in moderation!
