This has been done soooooo many times with the same initial example of "military intelligence."

Firstly, let me point out that the oxymoron is being abused here since it is actually a poetical device to reveal a contained emotion beneath a bravado or a facade, for example:

"Grimly gay they marched" etc implying that the soldiers were brave on the outside but aware of their impending death on the inside (also alliteration but that's not the issue).

Let me now submit my own oxymoron:
