Hmm .. so the "good" pastor received a 20 second blast from the taser and from his wife's (yeah right) blog:
"Our family went through the exact checkpoint on Monday this week, where I told them that we were citizens of Arizona. The border patrol agent went around the vehicle to look in all the windows. He saw that there was only our family in it, and then still proceeded to send me to secondary inspection for no apparent reason. I refused. He called over the supervisor, who recognized my husband and told the agent to let us go immediately. They are not there to protect, they are there to harass and condition citizens."
Still provoking the border patrol again huh? At least this time they are talking to the border patrol and declaring they are citizens. This wuss last time decided he would not answer any of the questions of the border patrol.

Borter patrol blocked the highway by NOT letting the Paster pass- block a highway for one hour?
A citizen of the United States has the right to remain silent - not answer questions to border patrol?
The paster did NOT violate any of these laws, the dogs were either wrong or the border patrol agents lied in order to create a false probable cause. Since they found no drugs and or people then that proves the probable cause invalid. - carry drugs and/or engage in people trafficking?
