I understand YOUR opinion. That because I am the only person who has got to keep their name that I am fortunate and was given some kind of special beneficial treatment.
But what I continue to ask and what you continue to ignore is that I do not see or have experienced any benefit to keeping my old name. You can't seem to point out what the benefit is of urther troubles comprehending my questions, just ask your boyfriend. He'll help you out.

If you and I talked Rating Floor, it was ideas for a good rule for RHP to use. I don't know what formula USCF uses, but I certainly know what a rating floor is and was.

The USCF does have rating floors (generally 200 points below highest rating achieved and the last two digits to zero). Also if you win a prize over $1,000 in an UnderX, your floor becomes X (so if you won the U1700 at Foxwoods, your floor would be 1700 meaning you couldn't compete in another U1700).
Now you don't have to PM Rusty except when you ban him.
