Public Dialogue/Debate on 'Spam'
What is it really... in general internet terms and in terms of Red Hot Pawn Terms of Service Policy as applied and administered to its public forums?
It's junk mail. And nothing more.

Rusty, GAWD, can you stay out of one single effing conversation? Get hold of your compulsions. Give us a break.
When you say "effing", what exactly are you trying to say, I can't find that in my dictionary?

Spam is flooding the Internet with many copies of the same message, in an attempt to force the message on people who would not otherwise choose to receive it. Most spam is commercial advertising, often for dubious products, get-rich-quick schemes, or quasi-legal services. Spam costs the sender very little to send -- most of the costs are paid for by the recipient or the carriers rather than by the sender.
Now, perhaps you too will have a better understanding. Always happy to help the uninformed!
E-mail is another type of spam! What is being talked about here is spamming the forums.

On reflection, yes. Perhaps 'aggressive, resolute and patient' would have formed a more nearly accurate phrase. Did you buy the six baby chickens?
phase 1: 'LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! GIVE ME ATTENTION! I NEED IT! I'M ENTITLED TO IT!'
RHP ignores.
phase 2: 'LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! I'M LEAVING, NEVER TO RETURN!'
RHP crosses fingers, hoping THIS time it will stick (yet knowing it won't - it's been here too many times'
phase 3: 'LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME! I'M BACK'
RHP groans. it was right.
----> phase 1.
resolute? no, you can't stick to your frequent resolutions to leave. compulsive? yes. you need this. you can't help but be what you are.
