The perscription directions should give you an idea about the time it will take. It should take about three days before you start to feel better?

Halfway through the antibiotics and I can chew with the tooth now without any pain. Yesterday I did something radical, I got a whole raw onion, chopped little bits of pieces and then ate them gently.
When I ate the onion with the infected tooth the bacteria started amagedon or something (worst pain ever known to man) and I got an ice-pack against the tooth. After a few minutes the onion was gone. Woke up this morning as if the problem never existed.
