This seems to be an oversight on the part of the admin team to be fair. If it is possible to write code that stops you entering tournaments if you haven't got the sufficient rating then it should be possible to write code that stops you from entering if you're from the wrong part of the world.

i only noticed the tourney once it had already started therefore could not enter.
the max/min entries has sweet fa do with it in this case.
if the tourney was started normally then my argument is not valid. hence the IF... i could be wrong about why they were started before the max entries was obtained but i am sure Russ said he kicked them off coz they were not self regulating.
