Not been through them with a fine-toother, but the TOS (s6 especially) would give site admin grounds to terminate the account of tonights miscreant.
Originally posted by AThousandYoungOk, then. I would say that when you post comments like you have about your conversations with this girl you should expect lots of response on the matter. I'm not clear whether it was your wording here that was the problem in that it may not have accurately described your sense of morality or judgment or what.
I like getting trashed and doing drugs, though for legal, financial, health and employment reasons I don't do many "hard" drugs. Lately I don't do any hard drugs.
She contacted me and she was the one to bring up everything unsavory.
You are correct in that I don't want people judging my life decisions (unless they involve rape or pedophilia or ...[text shortened]... that). However advice doesn't hurt as long as you don't keep ramming it down my throat.
I think that any adult who realizes he is speaking to an underage kid(non-sting conversations) and that teenager begins to bring up sex, it's your responsibility to say something and exit the conversation. Not every kid is being monitored by a responsible adult, and you may have to fill in for one fleeting moment. I realize that's hard to do when you are trashed. You know what I'm saying?

I don't know where I would have drawn the line. When young attractive girls are persistant about getting action with an intoxicated man it's hard to blame the man unless he actually crosses the line - which I did not.
Originally posted by rhbNo, I repeatedly pointed out that I had no intentions of breaking the law, despite "her" blatant advances.

Are you aware that making out with a minor is not illegal?
Originally posted by cashthetrashYes the rhp instructions are used - just look at the list of removed players.

I think that answers both your questions.

That's like suing a park's owners for someone getting raped on its premises. Ultimately the parents should take the responsibility or watching out for their kids on forums and such like. I'm not justifying this sort of comment, joking or not, but if their parents aren't looking out for them, then who is? 😕
An amusement park would have an affirmative duty to make it's park's safe for visitors.
So, they could obviously be sued if someone were to be injured on a defective ride.
If the park had security guards and those security guards were negligent in performing their duties, then yes I think a successful suit could be brought against the park.
If the park doesn't have guards it is a tougher argument to prove that they should have had guards.
And that is sort of what I'm saying about RHP, creating a system to protect minors creates a duty to implement that system in a reasonable and prudent manner.

What about looking from a moral stance? Would you cross that line?
Originally posted by AThousandYoungI'm not sure how that is relevant to this discussion, other than deflecting the thread.
Did you know that "consentual" sex with a very drunk person can be prosecuted as rape?
If you don't want to discuss it further, that's fine. I've no wish to keep helping you dig a deeper hole.
