I'm not sure how that is relevant to this discussion, other than deflecting the thread.
If you don't want to discuss it further, that's fine. I've no wish to keep helping you dig a deeper hole.

That is an interesting argument.
An amusement park would have an affirmative duty to make it's park's safe for visitors.
So, they could obviously be sued if someone were to be injured on a defective ride.
If the park had security guards and those security guards were negligent in performing their duties, then yes I think a successful suit could b o protect minors creates a duty to implement that system in a reasonable and prudent manner.
Like most forums I guess. The only action they seem to take is a tick box thingy that says 'I'm honestly really really really over 13' and that's it.
This is why parent's should take more responsibilty.
One way perhaps to clean things up a little would be to ask for an email address linked to an ISP. This loss of anonymity would make people think twice about posting half the things they do. It would also stop multi account users and stop people from coming back once banned.

I take it you subscribe to the "if there's grass on the pitch, then play" school of thought then?
I have a few rules.
21+ in general so that we can go to bars and stuff together. This also guarantees at least a basic level of maturity.
N/2 + 7 is another good rule.
30/2 + 7 = 22. That's about the same as 21.
I'd bone an 18-20 year old, but I'd want to check ID first. I wouldn't date a girl that young.

Maybe that is one reason it (drugs are supposed to be controlled). I doubt it would be a successful legal argument, or a moral one either.
However I was being entrapped. I repeatedly said no.
