More Detroit Tigers' news:
Ivan Rodriguez hit .500 for the month of June (43 hits in 86 at bats). He's hitting .381 for the season. That 4 year/$40 million contract is looking like the best investment Mike Ilitch ever made. It's like night and day from last year here in Detroit. The Tigers got 42 wins all of last year. They've got 37 already this year. Go Tigers!

Did you get to see Jeeter make the last out in the top of the 12th?? Wow! He got really hurt... face all banged up... but he got the ball.
It was a bad play for me as a Sox fan... but a great play! I hope he's not hurt, that wouldn't be fun. He earned his cash today with the crash he took! Some lucky fans got a close up visit, I will say!

If I wanted things easy, I'd be a Yankee fan!
Yesterday was sad... today we are ok... it was a great game, and if you think about it we almost took 2 of the games
Just bad luck.
I still don't see the dif between chasing the wild card, and chasing the Yankees..... We just need to take each game one at a time, and win some of them!
