I didn't see it, worthy winners? Fancied Chelsea actually, playing at home in the CL a day before City were away, plus the game being in London, more travel for City.

I bloody missed it due to being a lightweight fan who only follows SKY sports news and who don’t “clearly” call out the fixtures which they aren’t broadcasting. Dicks!

More bad on me for not knowing though.

It’s difficult to acknowledge the success of other teams when one has a deeply rooted partisan mind-set.

Chelsea were the better team on the day. City possibly suffered from too many changes, but Fernandinho really looked on the downslopes as he was basically done for pace by Mount in their battles and when City did show a bit of fight at the death Jesus was certainly no Aguero and couldn't find the ruthlessness to exploit Chelsea's decision to play Kepa in goal. I still find decisions like that weird in modern football and for me Kepa looked nervous and capable of throwing it away in the dying minutes.

It's difficult to hear people talking up their team when they didn't even watch the match. 🙄

Was in on the BBC? Or are they getting the cracking Leicester vs Southampton game tomorrow?

It's hard to be as interested in Football at the moment, VAR, Sky/BT fighting over everything and now the new CL plans going to be announced on Monday where it's going to be possible to finish below a team in the league buy qualify before them. Wonder if less fans will go back when stadiums are allowed to have them again.

I don’t know which channel, I’m just annoyed that I missed it.

Busy pulling bags of moss out of my lawn in this new place I’ve bought.

Maybe he's taken refusing to come off to a new level and forced his way on to the pitch?!?

Looked like your manager was correct to bring Rudiger back into the team when he took over. Thiago Silva looked like he had hurt his back at the very end so may be particularly important that Rudiger is doing better.

Your team's in a semifinal on BBC and you miss it. Then you start a thread about it and apparently that makes me a douche. 🤣🤣🤣

I don't get why they rested anyone, league is in the bag, when Utd went for the triple they played a full strength team against Arsenal in the Giggs semi, and were still close in the league. It just doesn't make any sense, surely your best team is still the best option after a Wednesday away CL game. Guess Aguero is injured, wasn't even on the bench I see.

Rudiger is tough and looks good for Germany, but he’s got too many errors in his game at this level for my liking. We will see though, he might continue to settle down. He’s a brave defender and we brits do like a centre back will ballz.
