I liked your photo Paulie, but I think it would have been better if u had cropped the people's legs and described that it was actually a 1 foot high waterfall in the photo describtion.
Fair play to The Plumber, who I correctly called to be the number 1 and 2 photos. The first one is uber professional and stood out a mile amongst the rest of the entries in my humble opinion.
Special props to Tirau Dan who drove 250 km on his day off to take his trio of pics. Having taken photos of Huka Falls myself, I can say that it is a very tough subject, and nearly impossible to capture the power and majesty of the falls through still pictures.
The next round is "Natural Wonders", and is so broad that participants are allowed to enter upto 5 photos each. Send your entries to rhpphotocomp@gmail.com. I'll leave the round open until Monday of next week.
