To laugh is to risk appearing a fool
To weep is to risk appearing sentimaental
To reach out to another is to risk involvement
To expose feelings is to risk rejection
To love is to risk not being loved in return
The person who risks nothing, has nothing, is nothing
Only a person who risks is truly free.

Here's a poem that I made. It was an assignement for school and is kind of a sonnet.
A war with President Bush in the lead,
is one of the scariest things,
he doesn't even feel any need,
his values are held up by strings.
He doesn't know anything at all,
I sometimes wonder if I'm safe
I'm sometimes scared that we will fall,
Bush only cares that his men strafe.
He only cares about lowering taxes,
He always stretches the truth,
He's made our country one of the axis'
You never know what he's going to do.
Please Mr. Bush stop being the big beast,
and bring our world some peace.
That better get some recs!

If I'd written that, I'd pass it off as Anonymous.
