If so, then why is letting your rating drop, and then building it back up cheating?

And no, I am not claiming to be perfect on any level.
I just dont understand why having a lot of games makes someone a cheater. At one point, I had way to many games going at once. I couldnt keep up with them, and my rating suffered (even lower than it is now) for it. I never cheated, and I built my rating back up into the astronimical low 1200's.
So, Marlone had to many games, and his rating dropped like a rock. Now, his rating sucks like mine. The only difference, is that he is going to build it back up, and I am probably going to stay around the 1200 range.
How does that make him a cheater? Why did you quit your clan over this? What irrefutable evidence do you posses against Marlone?

I don't know why but I seem to get easily annoyed by fellow clan members who appear to be cheating (whether or not they are) One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole basket. But what the **** Marlone56 is up to is anyone's guess. If he is cheating or just being plain silly, please don't judge the whole clan by his exploits
