@very-rusty saidInnocent people don't get their kneecaps shot, he was probably involved with drugs or something. Once every couple of months someone is killed or shot at random parts of the day, always a drugs or paramilitary aspect to it.

I don't condone it but if they're killing each other i don't really care. A year or two ago a guy was gunned down outside a school picking up his little girl, the kid has to live with that for the rest of her life. that's not so good.
