has anyone really been helped by a book?
I went through a period where I read a lot of self help books
I once attended a dinner party put on by some of my “tall” friends. When it came time to eat we were ushered into the dining room. We all sat down (men standing till the ladies present were seated). When I sat down I noted the table seemed a bit high. The host went to his library and got me large dictionary and problem solved.

yes. There are lots of books out there which are helpful. An easy one has been the telephone directory

@lemondrop

There were three that made a big impression upon me. The F-Plan Diet by Audrey Eyton taught me a healthier way of eating back in the late 70’s when I developed a muffin top while working in an office where I mixed with young women who ate lots of chocolate and crisps and drank lots of lager.

The other two were books on yoga and transcendental meditation which taught me how to relax more and establish some self discipline.

Ah nice, so that’s how you stay so calm. I thought of becoming a Buddhist following a mindfulness course BUT I was a killer of garden slugs & snails at the time. I’ve since reformed and now toss them into my neighbour’s garden but the desire has since passed.

You do know you really can't believe a word of what comes out of his mouth.

He is talking about kicking my ass in another thread.

He has admitted to being a liar on several occasions.

He does need some help however, and they usually where wear white jackets.

NO, Check out what their true rating is.

Kind of like yourself pretending to be in the 1200's when you are 1500 player minimum.

He is trying to draw the attention away from his sandbagging and giving people points in Clan Challenges. If Administration looked over his last 50 Clan Challenge games he may be taking a vacation.

This confirms we need a rating for Clan Challenges only! Separate from the other ratings, will not stop SANDBAGGING completely but cut back on it for sure!
