Can someone explain this to me? I have registered and it keeps telling me to buy stuff how do I do this?

If you can't get there directly, you could try simcountry.com, then click on Review the Game, then click on Kebir Blue world. Then click on federations and type in RHP federation.
Hopefully I will soon be in control of a second country if anyone would like to join.
