I read it again and I was right. You did state it as though it was a FACT.
So: where does it state that in the TOS?
This Fact is known to most if not all the Regular Posters. If you are told not to do it, and you do it again anyways, you are breaking the TOS rules by not doing what you were told to by the Moderator.
If you don't agree you Send Feedback, and all the best of luck with that. The Mod is right 99% of the time, from what I have seen.

That may be common sense but I don't think that it is actually said in the TOS either.

I don't know that it would have to be stated in the TOS, if a Moderator tells you not to do something, there is a pretty good chance you are not suppose to do it. Now if you go ahead and you do it again, I would say you are taking your chances.
If you are not told and it also isn't mentioned in the TOS or forum rules, presumably it's ok.
