Simple, but always good:

One packet of sweetend frozen strawberries
One ripe banana cut into chunks
Toss both in a blender and add orange juice to cover

Blend and sample... add honey if not sweet enough.

Add Vodka or Dark Rum if desired.

I have never tried to freeze yoghurt, but I have tried using frozen berries, and I definitely prefer smoothies made of unfrozen ingredients.

Anything frozen would likely cause Brainfreeze when drunk, I'll stick to the Fridge instead.
