I have found the exact opposite to be true about this site. I've only
posted a few times, but pretty much every time I've received helpful
replies from people who are regular posters here. It's not like that at
every forum on the internet, as most of you probably know. I actually
consider this forum to be one that is much more accepting
of "newbies" than other forums I've been to.

I'd definitely have to agree. As long as your posts give the impression
that you are a worthy addition to the forum (i.e. show intelligence,
interest, maturity, etc.) then you are pretty quickly accepted! I was.

Mari, I'd suggest you give us another shot. Let's put all this BS (on
both sides!) behind us and start out fresh. How about a game?
