The guy who can't write clearly accuses me of not knowing the language. 🙄

Of all the things you've said on this site, this is probably the most ignorant.

You attack righties for having the exact same viewpoint and total lack of understanding of other people's situations, as you've just expressed. Say you earn $1000 a week. Would you find it reasonable to spend 2-3 weeks working only in order to subscribe to an internet chess site?

I'm not saying that's the case in CrazyLil's case, but it would be the case for some of the people that you have blanketed with that gross generalisation. Also, look up the collapse of the Argentine economy, led by poor advice from the World Bank and corruption.

So just tell me which game you'd like me to look at and I'll get right back.

My bad. I cut out some fritz anotation from the first 13 moves as they were db, but I obviously snipped too much. ...[text shortened]... 4 cxd4 4. Nf3xd4 Ng8f6 5. Nb1c3 a6 6. Bc1g5 e6
7. f4 Qd8c7 8. Qd1f3 b5 9. f5 b4 10. Nc3b5 axb5
And your point would be...?

would be great if he did stick around.

btw did you pick up on my Norm Crosby malaprop in the yo mamma thread?

* The ability to expand new horizons...
* The increase in membership because RHP is now one of the top chess sites.

I go on record to mention that I support his ideas in many areas...
I realize said ...[text shortened]... tus. I don't care if a few people can't understand the importance of this move. Many of us do.
My nephew done well , didn't he?
He certainly has been subjected to much abuse over it, too.

I know, as a laywer, you problably wipe your arse with 30$ bills, but please, don't pretend that everyone can cough up that sort of money just to play more games of chess.
That's the reason some of us pay. So that the site remains free for those who cannot.
I have to say that anyone that has a PC and an internet connection must be able to cough $30 a year to play chess with an unlimited number of rivals, enter tournaments, join a clan and argue over this very topic for hours in the forums.

That's less than 10 cents a day. Or in my case 5.5 pence a day. Where else can you get entertainment that cheap.

You shown me another pawn site that's this cheap!!😳

It's amazing how many threads turn into a debate on subscription. The creator of this site (God bless him) chose to make it free of charge. The subscription price is not to play chess or entitle someone to an opinion in the forums, it unlocks additional features.

Why it's perceived as an evil to not choose to pay for those additional features if they're not desired is beyond me.

Whoa!! Just catching up on the Ironman 'episode' and got a headache speed reading these posts... boy did I miss a lot in a few days.

So much pain and antagonism... I hope you guys are typing with your tongues in your cheek, otherwise we will have a Jihad starting any moment.

I have only one point to add.

If justice has indeed been done then it should be seen to be done.

If the leading player of the site gets kicked out in shocking (lets not mince words) ignominy, the rest of us that pay our taxes should at least have the right to have the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Publish what he did, when he did it and what he said in his defence if anything.

Police states remove people in the middle of the night (it was somewhere) without published cause and reasons not benevolent dictatorships like this site is meant to be.

(I was going to say democracy, but it isn’t one really, then again with all those voting systems maybe it is.... well I shall stop arguing with myself and sit back and wait to be ignored.)

You are right...and wrong. And I add something aware of the fact that several people will probably abuse me.

I came late and I am a quite weak player according to my stats.

I understand from this and many other threads that some people use chess engines in their games. This is forbisdden by the rules.
Game Mods have been introduced with the specific task to investigate conspicious players.
As far as I understand it is relatively easy to detect engine use in relatively weak players and not as easy in strong players.

Now we come to your point: laying open the proof. Problem is by laying open the proof people learn a) how to cheat themselves, and b) they learn how to cover their tracks.

I would very much like to hear Ironmans, dominics, Yozzers and so forth explanation. But I don't know if they made any comments or if they want the community to know anything about this. However as some others pointed out already since the site is a commercial one I can't think that anybody gets expelled except on VERY good reasons.

Aside: I don't think pleasing a person who is very active in the forums but has announced sometime ago to leave will be a VERY good reason.
