It's an old chestnut that women always like to have the last word, and that certainly fits my situation exactly. I started the original "The Last Word" thread (Thread 143394) as a bit of a joke on that saying, and it ran on for 40 pages. Since three years have elapsed since then, I thought I'd have another go. Ponderable's habit of rescuing threads from the guillotine kept that last one going longer than it deserved.
