Forcing a draw, especially when confronted with a losing (not loosing) position, is a legitimate tactic in chess. Being in perpetual check is considered a draw. Accept the draw and move on.

In this day and age it is absoutely shocking that an opponent has the audacity to tell you to accept a draw when you want to win the game.

isnt this just the basic rules of chess..??? so let me get this right, either he can keep on checking or lose the game...??? what would you do..??? not only must a player win the game, he must also avoid such situations....

you have to draw the game and learn from it
