Well, to loose. In my next move, I'll check mate him. But he has my King in check, and as I move out of it, he checks me again, and offers me a draw. I told him I won't accept the offer, as all I need is one more move. He has no way of winning. He then said, and I quote: "last I checked and "ending" is considered a draw as well. Thanks, Lasagabaster
Until you put his king in checkmate, you haven't won the game. He may have no way of winning,
but he has found a way to force a draw. The onus is on you to claim victory, not for your
opponent to roll over when he sees that he is losing. You failed to claim it. Now, I'll agree, your
opponent has pulled a rabbit out of his hat, but the fact of the matter is that you let him do so by
having such a poorly defended king.
There is nothing horrible or non-classy about what he did; you didn't do enough to win, therefore
you don't deserve it.

"Sometimes when you win, you really lose, and sometimes when you lose, you really win, and sometimes when you win or lose, you actually tie, and sometimes when you tie, you actually win or lose. Winning or losing is all one organic globule, from which one extracts what one needs."
