Problem with threads like this one was turning into is that posts within it that might be very reasoned in context become. at best, rather silly, when the offending posts are removed. The baby, unfortunately, often gets thrown out with the bathwater 😉 Removing the first post in a thread SHOULD remove the whole thread - and it usually does. In this instance the thread just wouldn't go away and remained as an empty shell... I just put my post for information - to avoid the the offending posters simply repeating it all over not realising they had been moderated.
