Thats is terrible enough but at least bubble is a proper English delicacy. As an expat,it's all very sad watching the homeland going to wrack and ruin.
I visited my family in Northern Ireland last July, and everything was fine. London was fine too. In fact, the whole country seems really fine. The sky has not fallen in at all and most people who live there have moved on.

Bitter should be served at "cellar temperature". (about 12C)
Dark beers, stouts slightly warmer.
