Women: To be considered attractive and needed, secure and protected.

Men: To win, to become successful and achieve more than their fathers.

Both: Approval, a fair shake, common courtesy, self esteem and respect.

Your take?

Wondering if there's any possibility of moving the conversation back on track. Thanks.

Okay, what do you mean by "head to toe symmetry"?

"Men: Head to toe symmetry with an organized (not scatter brain) mind and openness."

The total opposite of what passes as savvy conversation between immature males regarding hot chicks with their crass anatomical comments about oversize this and undersize that... as if the lady was an inanimate object designed for mechanical gratification rather than a human being worthy of being respected and loved. Specifically symmetry of forehead and cheek bone, supple distances of knee and chin, calves and ankles sculptured as a crystal wine glass to be held knowingly by its long stem. Head refers to the interior of the cranial cavity or mind which is hopefully also symmetrical and organized as a well appointed room... as opposed to a disheveled studio with dishes in the sink and an unmade bed in some alley entrance, three flight walk up cheap cold water flat.

So you're suggesting that men are looking for women with idealized physical attributes as well as
superior brain power.. perhaps someone like Kate Middleton, the recent addition to Britain's royal
family. How many women do you suppose fit that description? Where does that leave most men?

Here are five items near the top of my checklist: an optimistic outlook, an ear for good music,
an eye for good books, a talent for scintillating conversation, and, above all, a sense of humor.

A woman who has all that doesn't need sculptured ankles.

No. Dimensions of both physical and intellectual fit as well as selectivity are involved. With the wrong lady, no matter the pulchritude or intelligence quotient a man is guaranteed to be miserable. The right life partner for all men is kate middleton... by a different name but beautiful beyond measure even if she's of average intelligence, with a figure that's less an hour glass than pear shaped.

I heard once that out of love and respect, women almost always prefer love while men almost always prefer respect.

I disagreed when I heard it, knowing in my heart that love is clearly more valuable.

But looking back at my first 2 marriages, both suffered a major break down primarily because I didn't feel respected enough, and she didn't feel loved enough. Now in my 3rd and final marriage, I thoroughly benefit from the unconditional respect my beautiful wife gives me, and in return as a natural reaction, I shower her with love constantly.

So I guess the person that told me that knew what they were talking about all along.

😠

I'd post more but the ball 'n' chain is nagging at me and I gotta check the Jets score anyway. 😠

See ya.

Interesting criteria. Thanks for reciprocating. Would you adore her as passionately if an automobile accident during

your wedding trip severed foot and, once gangrene set in, required amputation of the other just above the ankle?

NYJ (-4.5) 10 and Broncos 10 near the end of the third quarter. Go Denver.

Ball 'n chain had the audacity to nag at me because she's trying to sleep and I've got the Jets game cranked all the way up in surround sound for that immersion effect. Just who does she think she is, anyway! I only get to see 5 games a week... it's not like I do this all the time!

😠

Meanwhile there are 3 things I INSIST upon with my woman. She has to be drop-dead gorgeous, and has to be a wiz at math.

I'm okay with that, Andy, especially since we're not playing any net sum zero game.
