Jie is a user 'out of the blue' trying to save us from cheats (first post at RHP)

Next he claimed to be Chinese and proved he was not with a poorly translated cut and paste.

More than likely a former (or perhaps even current) user of RHP returned to save us from ourselves. (IMO)
