Thin and crisp as European creppes or thick and cake-like, like American type?
Filled with jam or chocolate or ground walnuts and sugar, or salty, filled with creme cheese, ham, and paprika?
Gratin in the oven, perhaps?
Even breaded and re-fried?
Or empty, simple as they are, standing by the stove, and eating them as you make them?

No sugar in the mix, fry in olive or rape seed oil to improve the fat quality, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and sprinkle of sugar.
A perfect high protein, high carb breakfast or snack ~ best avoided by the ketogenic diet freaks.
About half a dozen of those, nice and thin, hits the spot. 😛
