Totally disgusting white, gooey stuff that's either made from/like marshmallows or pretending to be. But highly prized when I was a child, since most mothers refused to buy it.
My preference:
Natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread with sliced bananas and a bit of honey.
Originally posted by BadwaterFor a quick meal made in a blender: 1 banana, 1/4 cup peanut butter, about 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon cocoa ...or 1 tablespoon Ovaltine. It is very filling and nutritious. I am currently making a new cookie from a recipe found in our newspaper called Back to School cookies. It uses crunchy peanut butter, honey, banana, oats, whole wheat flour, raisins, walnuts. You can use any dried fruit.....or chocolate chips....instead. My husband used to eat only peanut butter cookies, but he likes these.
