“Stalking”

A term now used to describe a reply to a post made in the public forums which the original poster, or one or more other posters who are supports of the original poster, disapprove of.

“Acolyte”

A supporter of the “stalker” in the above example.

“Agenda”

Something a “stalker” or an “acolyte” in the above examples might want to talk about.

“Narrative”

Similar to and interchangeable with “agenda”

“Personal information”

Anonymised trivial information posted publicly on the internet and used by an “acolyte” when “stalking” someone with their “agenda”.

“Red thumb(s)”

Various classifications but generally accepted as a form of anonymous “collective forum retribution” which is leveraged against an “acolyte” for either “stalking” or speaking about their “agenda”.

“Forum retribution”

The unpleasant sensation felt by a poster who is the recipient of the most “red thumbs” in a thread or a specific page of said thread.
