During routine maintenance of our database today we hit an issue that meant the maintenance had to be abandoned.
This outage was already longer than expected, and a show stopping issue remained unresolved, so the difficult decision was made to revert to an earlier back up from just prior to the maintenance taking place.
In an effort to minimise downtime, the site was not taken down early enough - and some moves will not have been recorded during this period. We sincerely apologies for this, but the need to get the service back online necessitated this.
To give anyone impacted time to catch up, timeouts have been suspended for 24 hour.
The maintenance will be attempted again at a later date once the issue has been identified.
