In some (not all) men it grows and doesn't work properly, thus you can't urionate which can cause death. If you turn 40 it is recommended to let a doctor check on it regularly. And you can either cut the tummy and remove everything which is on top iof the gland to go there or via the backdoor 😉

I think in later life benign prostate cancer is very common indeed.
I've heard that massaging the prostate gland causes ejaculation almost immediately.
