Yeah, whatever. You act like a child, Smaug, and I can't believe you're 25. Anyway, as for my chess computer, I beat the 1350 rated level with no problem. So, I know I'm stronger than 1300. Smaug, you need to just not say anything more. You're making yourself look like an idiot at 25. Oh, when I win one more game out of the six I'm playing Smaug, I'll play you. Then, we'll see! We're tied 1-1 right now! We'll play a 10 game match.

Does anyone know what I must do to break my 1300 strength and move on to a 1500 player. That's all the rating strength I desire. I want to hit a CLASS B level. If I do Lev Alburt's Comprehensive Chess course volume II, will I be able to achieve a 1500 rating in a year with hard work? I play my chess computer constantly, and it rates me at 1300 all ...[text shortened]... actics. I scored 1850 on the exam in Killer chess tacts. What am I missing? What's going on?
Originally posted by Freddie2004I always listen to players who are better than me, but only the players who are truly better than me - not people utilizing databases and programs to play on redhotpawn thereby getting their rating up to 1500-1800! The rating I have was earned by my own mind. And, I should be back at my normal rating of 1400+ soon enough. One thing I have noticed though above all things... truly good players don't make such stupid comments as I've seen on some of these threads. Most of the time they're intelligent and mature. Bobby Fischer, however, is an exception. LOL!
Calling you out. Which grandmaster?...where? when?
I'm not trying to impress with wisdom; I'm telling you that you won't get anywhere if you don't actually listen to what is being told to you by players several times better than you.
