I thought I was losing the game but my friend played 31...Bxe4?? and everything turned around. That white bishop was his only chance to attack the passed pawn. It's interesting that I never promoted the pawn but the threat of it tied him down to passivity.

for the first 11 games we played black won every time! on our 12 game he won as white so i gave up playing him.
(I won 2 drew 1 and he won 9 in total).
