Even if I don't like JW I think that those two accounts are created to make his situation worse (if possible) by someone who wants to discredit him.
Originally posted by RavelloI can't see how anybody is taking the creation of those accounts seriously. Its obviously just some messer having a laugh.

How could it possibly affect JW?

I'll ask again since you didnt answer before. Do you now admit that anyone who has 20 odd games all matching fritz8 is cheating? You have in the past tried to deny this statement, yet you now claim to be able to spot "A's" with no problem at all. So do people with all their moves matching up to a certain engine, such as JW cheat ?
As for catching A's, yes its easy, you should remember Grayeyes your not the only one who can analyse a chess game with an engine, and reach a conclusion from that analysis, "bitches" and "ho's" can do that too :-)

I must say it's good news that something is being done about the use of programs. Kids (and those with kids mentallity) treating the site like a gameboy with the 'must get highest score' mentallity is a bit of a downer.
I'm also concerned about those who use engines to get into a good position and then start using their brains (or lack there of) to make the later moves. Will this also be monitored?
Once the main 'users' have been exposed why not analyze games on a spot check basis occassionally as well. Kind of like a random drug test!!!
Then if somone is suspected a number of games past and present can be looked at.
Once this is up and running and its common knowledge that the 'Chess cheat police' are watching you then these muppets will go and bother someone else.
Analyzing games must be very time consuming and I would personally like to thank those that are willing to give up their time to perfrom this service.
Keep it real!

There could be a problem with this considering that some players mutually agree to play against a computer.
This brings along another point. Should games that have been agreed to have a computer involved be allowed to be rated?

He again!
I started a game agains JW last week. It is a normal game, I am white, we played a variation when bleck sacrifise a pawn, I return a pawn later, now after 19 moves I have a litle beter position. I don't think he use a programme.
Btw, my own result is 11-0 after 30 days here. I am realy interested to play against stronger oponents, to test my real power. If somebody is interested for a game, send me an invitation! π
Well, it is an old discusion, but maybe u r interested to know taht I just win a game agaist James Woodley! π I was white, slightly beter all the time, and after 40 moves, in an endgame, he probably concluded the position is lost, and he stop to play. After 10 days, I claimed a win! Great me! π
My personal result is 18-1. I use any programme, I am simple very smart. π Sometimes I rush to much (this is why I lost one game).

Originally posted by Lydia BlondieI looked at the final position and it is far from lost for Black; I'd rate the game as a very probable draw. So CM10000 would have had no reason to resign and your celebration is slightly misplaced even though a cursory glance at the game indicates you played well (I did not do a full analysis, however).
