Ok ok black has to fight to draw but if white slips black can win. I don't think the draw is too too too hard though.

Well. To compare with starting position of this thread (which is equal for both sides) you should agree that black reached obviously worse position.
In such kind of positions defender (black) usually needs to solve more complicated tasks. In my opinion positional players like Kramnik, Anand or Gelfand would win that position even against top players.

Yes, but it still seems better than the move given in the OP.
