You are wrong on two counts:
1. Asking for comments on a game in progress is cheating.
2. A draw by repetition is not a stalemate.
(whether you are wrong in your analysis of the possibilities is beyond the scope of these forums due to number 1 above).
BTW. All analysis on the game was made and posted here after the game finished.

Go back and read my comments properly. I did not ask for any help. I asked if Using this repetition was ethically correct. Nothing more, nothing less.
Siskin's reply after you clarified your position is correct on the ethics. A draw by repetition is an acceptable way to save a hopeless position.
