It's possible. What would you suggest? Also see ilywrin's solution which makes any further discussion a bit obsolete.

Doesn't any move with the pawns win the game for black? And a3 being the fastest one...

No. 1...h6 draws. Every king move except Ka3 wins, as does g6 and a3. 1...a3 is not only the first move I looked at, it is the quickest and easiest win.
After 1...a3 2.Kf7, 2...g6 is best, but a2, Kc5, and Kc4 all win.

And if 1...h6 2.g6 a3 3.Kf7 a2 4.Kxg7 a=Q+ 5.Kh7 qa2 6. Kg8 or h8 qa8+ and the just go checking the king diagonaly and getting closer...
