OK I have put the position:
(the final position of the game) into Fritz 8 and let it analyse the position.
The correct continuation is (according to Fritz's analysis):
66. Ra7 Qb4+
67. Kc8 Qf8+
68. Kb7 Qb4+
69. Kc6 Qc4+
70. Kd7
where the position is a complete dead draw.
I can understand what he means, but I absolutely disagree with the suggestion that his opponent should be banned from RHP, afterall, he was completely within the rules to claim the win.
Maybe you shouldn't play 1/0 games...(just a suggestion)
I hope I have been of help.
Skims.

try icc ( internet chess club ) and youl see where im coming from.. Everyone high up there knows the winning is the ONLY important thing.. of course there are exceptions though..Ive watched many games where the losing GM or Im repeatedly offers draws in losing positions because they know that there opponent will here 'DRAW!' 'DRAW!' spoken in an annoying voice repeatedly on there pc so to distract them
