Equivalent OTB versus USCF

This is my experience as well. Occasionally I get lucky against stronger players and gust into the 1900's here (and almost always in a King's Indian formation with either color, it seems), but I usually turn into Robin Hood and pass the points along to someone below me in short order!

I think your "guess" regarding ratings is pretty accurate.
